7. Check temperature and pressure safety

Electrical System:

Heating & Air Conditioning:

Gas Heating and Air Conditioning Service Agreement
Covering year round residential heating and cooling

This service agreement includes two routine calls and uses the following 15 points safety checks:

Air Conditioning

1. Install gauges and check operating pressures.

2. Check voltage and amperage to all motors with meter.

3. Check air temperature drop across evaporator.

4. Check for adequate refrigerant charge and possible leaks.

5. Check evaporator superheat.

6. Lubricate all moving parts.

7. Check belt and adjust tension.

8. Check filters.

9. Check pressure switch cut-out settings.

10. Check electrical lock out circuits.

11. Check starting contactor contacts.

12. Check all wiring and connections.

13. Clean and adjust thermostat.

14. Check air temperature across condenser.

15. Check that condensate drain is open.
    Turn exposed dampers to cooling position, if marked. (No balancing)

Gas Heating

1. Clean flue pipe and base of chimney.

2. Clean element of protectorelay and put in step.

3. Clean burner and nozzle assembly.

4. Adjust and check thermostat.

5. Oil blowers and motors.

6. Check belt and adjust tension.

7. Check and adjust igniter cap.

8. Check draft over fire.

9. Check combustion.

10. Check oil filter.

11. Check nozzle.

12. Check oil pump pressure.

13. Check out complete furnace cycle.

14. Make necessary recommendations.
